Warmio provides tools that help service businesses manage customer plans, subscriptions, and payments.

Warmio is not the service provider for boiler or maintenance services — those services are provided directly by the businesses using the platform.


2. Accounts

To use Warmio, you must:

  • provide accurate information
  • keep your login details secure
  • notify us of unauthorised access

You may sign in using Google authentication or email/password.


3. Use of the Service

You agree to:

  • use Warmio only for lawful purposes
  • not misuse or attempt to disrupt the platform
  • not access data you are not authorised to access

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.


4. End Customers

If you are an end customer signing up via a business link:

  • your agreement for services is with the service provider
  • Warmio manages payments and plan administration only

Warmio is not responsible for the quality or delivery of services provided by third-party businesses.


5. Payments

Payments are handled by third-party payment providers.

Warmio is not responsible for:

  • payment provider outages
  • bank or card issuer issues

Refunds, cancellations, and plan terms are governed by the service provider’s agreement with the customer.


6. Availability

We aim to keep Warmio available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may update, suspend, or modify the service as needed.


7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and branding associated with Warmio is owned by or licensed to Warmio.

You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform without permission.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Warmio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses
  • Warmio is not responsible for services provided by third parties

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.


9. Termination

You may stop using Warmio at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service.


10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
